The Eye: The color is adorned with a golden yellow with soft pink reflections.

The Nose: the nose reveals itself to be fruity with aromas of orange marmalade. It is intended to be progressive because it also reveals noble notes of maturity such as oak, vine shoots, dried fruits and dates. Aeration clearly distinguishes smells of bergamot, verbena and white peach.

The Mouth: the palate presents an original balance between the freshness of the low Extra-Brut dosage and the smoothness and volume of the wine. The aromas on the palate are faithful to the bouquet with also notes of fresh hazelnut and Paris-Brest.
